What is the code 8.8 on a Frigidaire air conditioner?

I have a 12,000 BTU Frigidaire window unit that was cooling fine in the living room. I moved it to the bedroom and it hasn’t cooled since. Today it would run maybe five minutes then stop and display an 8.8 for maybe five seconds then start blowing again, but still not cooling. I s this something I can fix?

The main cause of error code 8.8 is either a low LIM battery or a need to reset the clock during the initial energization of the air conditioner.
