If you take the back panel off (plate that sticks out has about 5 screws) there is a rubber seal to get into the condenser undo the screw, you will be able to slide it off use your hand to remove lint from inside the condenser unit put back together and make sure the screw is tight! Hope this helps someone as I’ve had this machine 5 months and this error 3 times and never been able to find any helpful information about it.
