My indesit electric conduction hob when turned on shows an error code of d on the left side of the display and e on the right side of the display, all four hobs are not heating up when commanded to do so, please can I have some help?

Hi Daniel,
DEMO MODE is on. The cooktop does not switch heat up and the functions do not come on. Follow the below instructions:
To switch the acoustic signal ON and OFF:
Connect the cooktop to the power supply;
Within the first minute, press the quick heating button “Booster” of the bottom left keypad for 5 seconds as shown in the below image.
